What's an Attunement?
An "Attunement" is a ceremony which connects the recipient of the Attunement to a specific frequency of healing. When the recipient is attuned, the healing frequency can be called upon at any time and for life.
Every human being has the ability to heal. To make your healing truly effective, to ensure you are not using your own energy and to ensure you’re using the correct healing frequency, an Attunement is necessary for certain energy healing modalities. It enables you to harness the full power of that specific healing frequency.
In addition to connecting you to a specific healing frequency, an Attunement is also a healing session; it will simultaneously clear out lower vibrational energy, cleanse and strengthen your energy channels, and raise your vibration to a higher frequency of being.
The most important part of receiving an Attunement is intention, the desire to receive the Attunement.
There are various sensations that can arise during an Attunement, which are similar to what can come up during an energy healing session. These include:

- Deep relaxation and stillness
- Tingling or pulsing in your chakras, arms, hands, feet or legs
- Energy vibrating throughout your body
- Temperature changes (hot/cold)
- Seeing colors or visions
- Receiving messages
It is also possible to feel nothing at all! Feeling sensations should not be used to determine that the Attunement is working.
Some recipients get so deeply relaxed that they fall asleep during the Attunement. If the recipient falls asleep, the Higher Self will take over and receive the Attunement on the recipient's behalf, so it is not necessary to undergo the Attunement again, unless you feel it is needed!
After an Attunement, some recipients go through something called a "Healing Crisis" (a Healing Reaction). Not everyone goes through one and experiencing this event should not be indication that the Attunement has worked or has not worked. As long as you want to receive the Attunement, you will as all of the energy healing modalities I teach are divinely guided.
